We have more news on the case of the missing Shelbyville teacher whose car was found burned up in Rutherford County. The ex-husband of Shelly Mook, who was the last person to allegedly see Mook alive, is seeking sole custody of Mook’s daughter. The mother of Mook, Debra Sikora, claims that Mooks ex husband is a violent drug dealer and should not have custody of the little girl who is 6-years of age. The judge is revewing the case and will make a decision in a few days.
