Roy Eugene “Boots” Jackson, age 96, of Murfreesboro, passed away on May 8, 2021.

He is survived by his wife, Mamye Ruth McGill; nieces Charlotte Vaughn, Glenda Floyd; nephews, Jimmy Jackson and Terry Evans; and several more nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his dog, Toby and his cat, Cougar.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
