The subject was easily located as police simply followed his foot prints in the snow. Officer Bryan Burubeltz wrote in his report, "I followed footprints in the snow leading from vehicle one and located the driver identified as Larry Hudson, hiding under a semi-truck trailer approximately 30 feet from his vehicle."

When questioned, Hudson admitted to drinking a pint of tequila prior to driving. Needless to say, Hudson was charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with injury. He was also served a warrant out of Davidson County for Violation of Probation.

Hudson told police that he was currently out on bond when the accident in Murfreesboro occurred due to a previous DUI arrest which took place just two weeks ago in Coffee County. As of Monday (1/25/16), Hudson remained behind bars in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
