Murfreesboro Police and TBI Continue to Search for Murder Suspect

An investigation into a 2019 murder is still underway. Murfreesboro Police report that they continue to search 30-year-old Delarrious Dwayne Crawford. Crawford is wanted in connection to the June 2019 Eagle Street fatal shooting of 25-year-old Daicori Sunders.

As of today (Wednesday), Crawford is on the TBI's Most Wanted list. A $2,500 reward is being offered for information on his whereabouts.

Last year, 22-year old Quandre Knowles was taken into custody after being on-the-run for about a month. Knowles was apprehended in Shelbyville.

Reports indicate that the TBI, U.S. Marshals, Shelbyville Police and Bedford County Sheriffs deputies arrested Knowles on August 28, 2019. He was on the TBI's 10 Most Wanted list at the time of his capture.

Crawford continues to elude police and remains a wanted suspect in the 2019 murder of Sunders.

The suspect faces charges of first degree murder and attempted first degree murder.

He is a 30 year old black male with black hair, brown eyes, standing 5-feet 7-inches tall, and weighing in at135 pounds.

Police warn the public that Crawford should be considered armed and dangerous.
