A 25-year old Murfreesboro woman says that she was the recent victim of aggravated sexually battery and possibly rape, according to a police incident report. The woman was at a party and involved in an intimate moment with a man while in the bathroom when two other men entered the bathroom.

The victim told police that when the two additional men entered the bathroom, she started to get dressed. However, the subjects then forcefully removed her clothing and began to sexually assault her. She eventually got away and went to St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. Police met with the victim and the case is under investigation.

The description of the offense was labeled as "Rape, Aggravated Sexual Battery."
