State Rep. Mike Sparks invites public to COVID-19 Webinar event with Dr. Ming Wang, Rutherford County EMS Director Carl Hudgens

State Rep. Mike Sparks (R-Smyrna) announced he will host a webinar event with Dr. Ming Wang, MD. to discuss COVID-19 prevention and reopening the economy on Thursday, May 21 at 6 p.m.

Participants include Carl Hudgens, Rutherford County Director of Emergency Services, and Brenda Bryant, director for Life of Victory International Christian Ministries.

The purpose of the event is to give citizens of Rutherford County an opportunity to connect with their state representative and local professionals to share concerns or ask questions.

"Discussions with families in our district help me to gather feedback in preparation for some of the decisions we'll have to make when the General Assembly resumes June 1, but also provides an opportunity to update citizens on our state's response to COVID-19," Sparks said.

During the call, listeners will be able to ask questions.
