(MURFREESBORO) Darnell Lamar Mayer is in critical condition after being shot at the corner of Hancock and Minor Street around 1:08AM Monday (5/6/2019) morning. This was Murfreesboro's second shooting of the morning. The other occurred only 25-minutes earlier outside Sam's Sports Grill.
The 48-year old male victim was shot. Mayer was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center and is listed in critical condition.
Currently, there is no motive nor suspect.
This investigation is on-going.
