In a previous report, WGNS reported that we were told by the Sheriff’s Office that Looney was accused of raping the girl, then telling her not to tell anyone or he would go to jail. Detective Lisa McCallum reported that the victim’s behavior showed she feared Looney. When the child was raped, she was only 5-years of age.

“She waited several months before she disclosed the sexual contact,” McCallum said. “She told her parents that she did not want to see Tracy anymore.” Detective McCallum was with the Family Crimes Unit in 2012 at the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.

Despite the conviction on the rape charges, he has not yet been sentenced.
