New Faces at Pinnacle Financial Partners in Murfreesboro

Elissa Hopkins, Karla Kincaid and Rich Katchur have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as collections and recovery support associates. They are based at the firm's College Street office in Murfreesboro.

Hopkins brings six years of experience from Frost-Arnett in Nashville, where she served as a collections specialist.

She attended Middle Tennessee State University.

Kincaid, with 25 years of experience, comes to Pinnacle from Randstad USA, where she was a collections representative. Previously she was a credit and collections manager for Tom James/IAD Credit and billing and customer service coordinator for Consolidated Utility District of Rutherford County.

Kincaid attended Jefferson State Junior College in Birmingham.

Katchur comes to Pinnacle from Professional Account Services in Brentwood, where he served for seven years as a collections specialist.

He is a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, AR.
