MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WGNS) - Murfreesboro Police Department (MPD) officers arrested a local personal trainer on Saturday (September 19th) after responding to indecent exposure complaints at an apartment complex on Medical Center Parkway.

Officers took 44-year-old Dustin Moore into custody following an investigation into alleged acts committed inside the apartment complex gym. According to witnesses, Moore allegedly masturbated inside the fitness facility in view of three adults and one minor. MPD Public Information Director Larry Flowers says officers interviewed witnesses on scene, obtained a warrant, and served it directly to Moore before taking him into custody and transporting him to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. Flowers says Moore was charged with four counts of public indecency.
