It looks like State Representative Joe Car from Lascassas is hitting the road in his race to stay ahead of U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander. In fact, an event entitled the “Beat Lamar” Town Hall Meeting will be held on Thursday in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The meeting is sponsored by the Chattanooga Tea Party, according to Hillary Pate with the Carr campaign. The meeting will be at the Century Club Banquet Hall in Chattanooga, TN.

This past week Representative Carr visited Jackson, Tennessee. The trip to Jackson was to gain votes in Madison County, according to his website.
