The BoroDash will be held Thursday, which is Thanksgiving day. The good news... there is still time to register. The bad news... well, there is no bad news! Burning calories to make room for turkey is never bad news on Thanksgiving Day.
The race is a local tradition for the residents of Rutherford County. Staci McCreary is one of the founders of the race and she told us that when a board was formed four years ago to organize the first race, she had no idea how many would register to run.
Money raised at the race will go to help out several non profits, including a orphanage in Tanzania.
