Funeral Services For 3-Year Old Left In Hot Car

Funeral services have been set for the 3-year old child who was left for about 2-hours in a car that was parked outside his Smyrna home. The boys father is in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center with bond set at $50,000.

As you recall, around 5:00 o'clock last Thursday (7/11/2019) afternoon, Smyrna Police and Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services rushed to 707 Windbirch Trail in reference to an unresponsive child left in a hot car. His father, Dylan S. Levesque, has been arrested.

23-year old Dylan S. Levesque, father of the deceased child, was charged with Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect, a class A felony. His first court appearance is at 9:00 o'clock this Monday morning (7/15/2019).
