A 39-year-old Murfreesboro man is facing his 5th DUI charge in court this August.

Randall Matthew Collins is scheduled to file a plea in court on August 29, 2019. He faces charges of DUI number 5, driving while his license is cancelled and violation of the open container law.

Collins, who remains behind bars at this time, will appear before Judge David Bragg. His original arrest took place last year in November (2018).

Reports indicate this is not the suspects first time to be charged with DUI number 5. In March of 2011, Collins was arrested by deputies with the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office and charged with DUI number 5. Furthermore, he has a long criminal history that started before his 21st birthday.

Again, Collins will face DUI number 5 when he appears in court this August.
