Charlie Lee Wade, age 84, passed away on August 14th.

is survived by her children, Wanda Faye Green, Kelvin Green, Ronald Spivey, Howard Spivey II, Donald Avery Spivey, Timothy Spivey, and Terrence Spivey; as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services will be held Saturday, at Smith Fork Association in Murfreesboro beginning at 1:00 pm with Funeral to follow at 2:00 pm.

Burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Services are in the care of Nelson & Sons Chapel Murfreesboro for Charlie Lee Wade.
