Shoplifters Allegedly Steal Over $1,400 in Merchandise from Old Navy Store in Murfreesboro

MURFREESBORO, TN - Another large-scale retail theft has been reported in Murfreesboro and evidently, the culprits in the case involved shoplifters hitting a Medical Center Parkway store in search of new clothing. Security camera footage released by Murfreesboro Police shows a group of three women entering the Old Navy store in The Avenue and loading up several mesh style Old Navy shopping bags.

According to police, the trio placed over $1,400 in clothing into the bags on April 6, 2023. The unidentified females quickly left the store without stopping at the check-out lane. In other words, the three are accused of walking directly out the front door with the packed to the brim bags of clothing – never paying for the goods.

The MPD has released the security camera photos of the three women, in hopes of someone being able to identify them. Police as, “If you know these individuals, please contact Det. Shan Harris at 629-201-5536 or email at 0499@murfreesborotn.gov.”
