UPDATE: Local Woman Accused of Killing Her Sister to be Arraigned on Monday

LaVERGNE, TN - UPDATE - A woman who allegedly shot and killed 37-year-old Robin Taylor in her LaVergne home 2-years ago has an upcoming court appearance on Monday. Rutherford County District Attorney Jennings Jones says the younger sister of the victim is the one suspected of pulling the trigger... 25-year-old Kandis Davis faces one count of first degree murder, one count of carrying a weapon with the intent to employ an offense and intent as a dangerous felony.

The upcoming court date is for the arraignment of Davis, which again will be on Monday, April 15, 2024. A plea date has also been set, which will be on May 22, 2024 in the Rutherford County Circuit Courtroom of Judge Barry Tidwell.
