Phillip Lynn Holt, 66, of Woodbury passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, after an extended illness. He was born in Woodbury, Tennessee on May 28, 1959. His parents

were the late Joe Palmer Holt and Mildred Phillips Holt. He was also preceded in death by a nephew, Jeremy Holt.

He is survived by his son, Richard Phillip Holt of Colorado, daughters, Stacey Holt and Lynn (Justin) Kelly both of Manchester, brother, Joel Holt of Nashville, grandchildren, Mason Trae Roberts, Merrick Thomas Kelly, Justin Kelly, Jr. and Kaitlynn Floyd, niece and nephews, Amy Lines, Marty Holt and Justin Holt.

Visitation will be held at Gentry-Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 11-1 pm. Funeral services will follow in the Gentry-Smith Funeral Home chapel at
1 pm. Greg Mitchell will officiate. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
