The Heart of Tennessee evidently gets in your system and stays. This is evidenced in a Murfreesboro couple who ran a successful family business here for many years, retired and still love this community. Don and Melanie Alexander are helping SPECIAL KIDS with its 2018 Hope Drive goal of $200,000.

Through Saturday only (December 15, 2018), the Alexander's have pledged to match $10,000 in pledges. Officials at SPECIAL KIDS report that they are only $600 from reaching the $10,000.

When asked why they support Special Kids, Melanie shared, "There are so many reasons and each and every one is being served, or has been served, by the staff at Special Kids.
