The man accused of killing a 17-year old boy will not appear before a judge for a preliminary hearing. 29-year old Nicholas Wade allegedly murdered Kevin Knotts at the National Car Wash next to Walmart on Rutherford Boulevard. Knotts was found shot to death in his car on July 22nd. The case has been bound over to the September meeting of the Rutherford County Gran Jury.
