For the 4th time, a Murfreesboro man has been charged with DUI. 29-Year old Arthur F. Burt was found to be slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle in the parking lot of a Greenland Drive gas station. Authorities say they tried to get his attention to open the door by knocking on the window and even using a police air-horn. The report suggest that he finally acknowledged police were at his door stepped out of the vehicle. Once out of the car, Burt was said to have failed a field sobriety test.

The suspect was found to have about 100-painkillers in his possession and over $4,000 cash. Needless to say, he was arrested and charged with not only his 4th DUI, but also with two counts of felony drug possession and violation of the implied consent law.
