The City of Eagleville continues to grow. Rutherford County Clerk Lisa Crowell told WGNS on Friday that plans are in place to open a county clerk branch office on August 26 in Eagleville. Crowell stated, “I am very proud and excited to partner with the City of Eagleville and Mayor Sam Tune to expand the Clerk’s services to better accommodate the western portion of Rutherford County.”

The new office will be inside the Eagleville City Hall and will make it easier on the residents to complete tag renewal's. The new branch will only be open one day per week. Existing staff will manage the new location on a limited basis.

The main service to be offered at the Eagleville location will be tag renewal and the issuance of handicap placards.
