Representative Dawn White (R-Murfreesboro), working in conjunction with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development, will host a hiring event at LifePoint Church on June 30th from 10:00AM-2:00PM.
"Rutherford County is privileged to be home to numerous employers eagerly seeking new applicants. I am excited to help provide an opportunity for local employers to meet face to face with potential employees," said White.
The event will feature employers actively hiring for job opportunities at many different skill and experience levels. In addition, the Career Coach, which serves as a mobile career center and features a computer lab to aid job seekers in their search, will be on site.
LifePoint Church is located at 506 Legacy Drive in Smyrna. Participants are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes and dress professionally.

Rep. White, a small business owner and former teacher, is serving her second term in the General Assembly. She lives in Murfreesboro and represents District 37 in Rutherford County, which includes portions of Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, Walter Hill and Leanna.
