A 35-year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested for driving on a revoked license for the ninth time. Tony DeWayne Cole was pulled over on Old Lascassas Pike after allegedly running a stop sign. Police say they also found Cole to be in position of a joint. As a result of the traffic stop, Cole was charged with driving on a revoked license for the ninth time, violation of the open container law, possession of a schedule six drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will appear in court on October 4.
